Injection molding process

Injection molding is the use of plastic materials to heat of molten fluid injection molding machine after pressure, speed, molten plastic is injected into pre-designed closed cavity, after cooling and get the products they need. Injection molded steps: through a plastic injection molding machine of granular materials by melting, injection and holding pressure, cooling, circulation, into the end of the plastic parts. Plastic materials can be divided into the heating characteristics of the resin. Plastic heating and cooling characteristics of resin, can be divided into two types of thermoplastic and thermosetting plastic.

Softening characteristics of thermoplastic plastics when heated, temperature is increased to a certain value can be viscous flow. When the temperature is low (generally refers to room temperature) plastic became hard. Heat could soften again, cooled and hardened, can be so repetitious. Common thermoplastics are: ABS plastic, polycarbonate (PC), polyacetal (POM), poly-methyl-methacrylate (PMMA/perspex), en (PE), polystyrene (PS), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP) and Teflon (PTFE) and other more commonly used include ABS, PC, POM.
